Frustrating in the best way. I just can't wrap my head around the last puzzle!

Boomerang with Bloodlust, Salvage, Detach, Flurry, Sharpen, and/or Feign is very good.
Really fun game!

Exact same thing happened to me. Unlocked mansion at 20 but was 1 wood shy of building it, and I didn't get a source of wood from either free tile or collection gift until I failed to pay rent on day 40. The game has the potential to be great, only needing a consistent source of building materials. They need to be farmable or purchasable any time.

I cant seem to play. I start each new game on floor 5, which is a shop, but I have no cash. Then I progress to floor 6, where clicking on monsters does nothing (no animation, feedback or damage as far as I can tell), but after 4 clicks my turn ends and the monsters attack me. Eventually the monsters kill me, and that's all that can happen. Chrome Version 104.0.5112.102. Happens in incognito window too, so it isn't a plugin issue.

I feel like there's probably a secret ending, where you have to play through three times based on the hints at the conference table. Its easy to die to the spiders and run from them, but I'm not sure how to kill them.

Amazing game! Some tips for new players:

• Shift click to delete a building (you get all resources back)
• Grave/Tilde key (`/~) to fast-forward time, Space to pause
• Once you reach higher techs, you need to develop the full cost of each subsequent level e.g. A Tech 2 with a cost of 5 will need 5x Tech 1 cycles and 5x Tech 2 cycles to complete
